Objective
AEGIS’s recruitment team was looking for a solution that can quickly yet seamlessly assess and appoint the best talent for its contact centers across India. The hiring managers were also willing to overhaul AEGIS’s conventional and time consuming Six-Steps hiring process:
Screening Candidate>> Interview by Recruiters>> Interview by Operations >> Skill-Test>> Final Interview with Shortlisted Candidates>> and Final Selection.
Challenge
AEGIS’s hiring team approached the Brainmeasures experts to:
- Add nearly 300 IT Graduates (for customers calling and e-mail support profiles) to provide technology support to the clients through its various office locations in India.
- Complete the whole recruitment process within just Five Months (that is assess and hire about 60 individuals every month)
- Replace its traditional and slower recruitment process

- Devising an intelligent online skill-testing and hiring platform
- Integrating smart Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for evaluating the participant’s: On-phone and e-mail communication etiquettes; Personality and behavior traits; Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) skills;
- Developing a smart Three Step recruitment method
The smart online skill testing module by Brainmeasures enabled Aegis hiring team to:
- Assess a massive count of participants
- Appoint best candidates for the required positions, in a lesser time than anticipated
