Objective
Mphasis was looking to expand its ‘Application Management Team’ wanted to add experienced JAVA Coders who are capable of developing advanced applications and embedded solutions utilizing technologies, including JAVA/J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Transaction, and Hibernate, as specified by Mphasis’s business partners. Mphasis also wanted to build its goodwill as a potential employer for the participants.
Challenge
Mphasis' hiring team approached the Brainmeasures experts to:
- Assess and appoint experienced JAVA Developers who can develop and support J2EE Applications and services
- Integrate its own skill assessments, including Coding Problems and aptitude tests
- Promote its brand through HackerHac’s advanced online skill testing platform.
