TMC’s recruitment team was aspired to explore, metro / non-metro cities / towns across India, and shortlist appropriate talents with the desired skill-set at a faster pace through an intelligent online skill-testing assessment mechanism. TMC also wanted to ensure the authenticity of the planned skill assessment.
