Is getting certified in JSON a stand alone certification or do you need to know Javascript first. My interest in JSON is sparked by a top listing that listed JSON as the number one in demand IT skill currently.

Solution :

though JSON is an independent language but since it is associated with JavaScript it is always recommended that candidate has knowledge of java script for proper understanding of JSON and its practical implementation.
